Maria invites the participants to dive into an adventure, where we approach the potential of bodies through various motions, movements, sensations and bodily states. During the course, we will question, through different improvisational and exploratory tasks, how we can find new ways to move and allow the motion that already exists in us to be augmented into unexpected amplitudes.

Maria's practice draws inspiration from her many years of experience as a dance artist in the works of renowned choreographers and her own interdisciplinary and multi-sensory creative processes. Since 2021, Maria has been studying to become a Feldenkrais practitioner at Instituto Feldenkrais Lissabon. which does her long-time dream come true after many years of participating in several courses of somatic techniques such as Feldenkrais, BMC and fascia pulsology.
